Alabama Chicken Salad Wrap

INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz Chicken breast tenderloin
- Canola cooking spray
- 3 oz Sweet potato fries
- 2 Tbsp Smashed Bush’s Best® Bean Pot Baked Beans
- 1 ea Flour tortilla (La Banderita® Low Sodium)
- 2 Tbsp White BBQ (Lillie’s Q®)
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz Chicken breast tenderloin
- Canola cooking spray
- 3 oz Sweet potato fries
- 2 Tbsp Smashed Bush’s Best® Bean Pot Baked Beans
- 1 ea Flour tortilla (La Banderita® Low Sodium)
- 2 Tbsp White BBQ (Lillie’s Q®)
DIRECTIONS
- Line sheet tray with foil and spray the sheet. Cook chicken at 450°F for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Hold until ready to serve.
- Cook sweet potato fries according to directions on package.
- Warm tortilla in a hot non-stick pan. Smear beans on tortilla and add chicken.
- Drizzle white BBQ Sauce over chicken and build wrap.
- Serve with sweet potato fries.
