Bama Beans & Pork
Bold enough for a tailgate, sweet-tangy flavor makes this dish a BBQ go-to with our famous Baked Beans, smoked pork shoulder, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar simmered together and topped with Alabama white BBQ sauce and fresh rosemary.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 ½ Qt Bean Pot Baked Beans
- 6 ⅔ Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 ⅔ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers
- 1 ⅔ lb Smoked Pork Shoulder
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 3 ¼ cups Alabama White BBQ Sauce, Prepared
- ⅓ cup Rosemary, Fresh, Minced

- 2 ½ Qt Bean Pot Baked Beans
- 6 ⅔ Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 ⅔ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers
- 1 ⅔ lb Smoked Pork Shoulder
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 3 ¼ cups Alabama White BBQ Sauce, Prepared
- ⅓ cup Rosemary, Fresh, Minced
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a large pot or rondeau. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cover and allow to simmer 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- For one portion, serve ½ cup beans & pork and garnish with 2 Tbsp Alabama White Sauce and ½ tsp rosemary.
