INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ Qt Bean Pot Baked Beans
  • 6 ⅔ Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 ⅔ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1 ⅔ lb Smoked Pork Shoulder
  • 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 ¼ cups Alabama White BBQ Sauce, Prepared
  • ⅓ cup Rosemary, Fresh, Minced
Two peach bowls are filled with Bama Beans & Pork, and garnished with Alabama White BBQ sauce and freshly minced rosemary. DOWNLOAD RECIPE SHEET

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ Qt Bean Pot Baked Beans
  • 6 ⅔ Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 ⅔ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1 ⅔ lb Smoked Pork Shoulder
  • 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 ¼ cups Alabama White BBQ Sauce, Prepared
  • ⅓ cup Rosemary, Fresh, Minced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a large pot or rondeau. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Cover and allow to simmer 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. For one portion, serve ½ cup beans & pork and garnish with 2 Tbsp Alabama White Sauce and ½ tsp rosemary.
