Double Bean Nacho Snack
Snack time or lunchtime, they can double up on nutritious and delicious with zesty seasoned Bush's® Best® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, ground turkey, sharp cheddar cheese and a dollop of Greek yogurt layered on top of crispy Bush's® Best® Black Bean Chips.

INGREDIENTS
Turkey
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 lb. Ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Nachos
- 1 cup Bush’s Best® Black Bean Chips
- 2 Tbsp Cooked ground turkey recipe
- 1/4 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Bush’s Best® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans
- 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, low Fat

- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 lb. Ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Nachos
- 1 cup Bush’s Best® Black Bean Chips
- 2 Tbsp Cooked ground turkey recipe
- 1/4 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Bush’s Best® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans
- 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, low Fat
DIRECTIONS
- TURKEY: In a medium sauté pan, heat the oil over medium heat until it begins to shimmer. Add ground turkey, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook stirring and chopping often until fully cooked. Reserve until ready to use.
- NACHOS: In an oven-proof dish, layer chips and shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350°F until the cheese is fully melted.
- Once melted, remove the dish from the oven and finish with warm Fiesta Black Beans, ground turkey, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
