Turkey

  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. Ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Nachos

  • 1 cup Bush’s Best® Black Bean Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Cooked ground turkey recipe
  • 1/4 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Bush’s Best® Taco Fiesta Black Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, low Fat

INGREDIENTS

Turkey

  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. Ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Nachos

  • 1 cup Bush’s Best® Black Bean Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Cooked ground turkey recipe
  • 1/4 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Bush’s Best® Taco Fiesta Black Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, low Fat

DIRECTIONS

  1. TURKEY: In a medium sauté pan, heat the oil over medium heat until it begins to shimmer. Add ground turkey, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook stirring and chopping often until fully cooked. Reserve until ready to use.
  2. NACHOS: In an oven-proof dish, layer chips and shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350°F until the cheese is fully melted.
  3. Once melted, remove the dish from the oven and finish with warm Fiesta Black Beans, ground turkey, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
