INGREDIENTS
Classic Hummus
- 4.5 cups Bush’s Best® Garbanzo Beans, drained, rinsed
- .75 cups Lemon juice
- 4.5 Tbsp Tahini
- 3 ea. Garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 7 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1.5 tsp Ground cumin, toasted
- 1.23 tsp Kosher salt
- 10 Tbsp Water
- Crudites (for hummus flight) (As needed)
Tandoori Mango Chutney Hummus
- 2 cups Classic Hummus recipe
- .25 cups Mango chutney, prepared (+.25 cups (1 tsp ea.) for garnish)
- 1 tsp Tandoori spice mix (+1 pinch for garnish)
Grilled Pineapple and Toasted Cumin Hummus
- 1.75 cups Classic Hummus recipe
- .5 cups Pineapple, grilled, chilled, small diced (+.25 cups (1 tsp ea.) for garnish)
- .5 Tbsp Cumin, ground, lightly toasted (+ as needed for garnish)
Smoked Salsa Verde Hummus
- 2 cups Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta™ Beans, drained
- .5 cups Bush’s Best® Garbanzo Beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- .5 cups Tahini Paste
- .25 cups Tomatillo-Jalapeño Salsa, prepared (+.25 cups (1 tsp ea.) for garnish)
- Kosher salt (To taste)

Smoked Salsa Verde Hummus
- 2 cups Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta™ Beans, drained
- .5 cups Bush’s Best® Garbanzo Beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- .5 cups Tahini Paste
- .25 cups Tomatillo-Jalapeño Salsa, prepared (+.25 cups (1 tsp ea.) for garnish)
- Kosher salt (To taste)
DIRECTIONS
- CLASSIC HUMMUS: Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, except olive oil and water. Blend on high speed for 1 minute while slowly streaming olive oil and water into the food processor. Pause to scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Blend for 1 minute more or until smooth. Reserve refrigerated.
- TANDOORI MANGO CHUTNEY HUMMUS: Fold together ingredients in a large mixing bowl until spice is well incorporated. Reserve refrigerated. For one portion, fill a 3.25 oz. cup with 1/3 cup classic hummus. Garnish each hummus cup with 1 tsp mango chutney and a sprinkle of tandoori spice.
- GRILLED PINEAPPLE AND TOASTED CUMIN HUMMUS: Fold together ingredients in a large mixing bowl until spice is well incorporated. Reserve refrigerated. For one portion, fill a 3.25 oz portion cup with 1/3rd of cup hummus. Garnish each hummus cup with 1 tsp grilled pineapple and a pinch of toasted cumin.
- SMOKED SALSA VERDE HUMMUS: Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pause to scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Blend for 1 minute more or until smooth. Reserve refrigerated. For one portion, fill a 3.25 oz portion cup with 1/3rd of cup hummus. Garnish each hummus cup with 1 tsp of tomatillo-jalapeño salsa.
