INGREDIENTS
- 2.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Texas Ranchero® Pinto Beans, Drained
- 2.25 Qt Roasted Tomatillo Salsa, Prepared
- 1 cup Cilantro, Fresh, Minced
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
INGREDIENTS
- 2.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Texas Ranchero® Pinto Beans, Drained
- 2.25 Qt Roasted Tomatillo Salsa, Prepared
- 1 cup Cilantro, Fresh, Minced
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Combine beans, roasted tomatillo salsa, and lime juice using a food processor on high speed until smooth.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl. Fold in cilantro and mix well.
- Transfer the salsa to a plastic container, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
- Serve hot or cold as a topper for tostadas, sandwiches, and nachos, or serve with chips.
