Protein Power Grilled Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices Whole wheat bread
  • 1 tsp Cooking spray (Canola oil)
  • 2 slices Kraft Singles 2% Milk Reduced Fat
  • 1 Tbsp Bush’s Best® Texas Ranchero Pinto Beans (smashed)
  • 1/4 Apple, sliced

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices Whole wheat bread
  • 1 tsp Cooking spray (Canola oil)
  • 2 slices Kraft Singles 2% Milk Reduced Fat
  • 1 Tbsp Bush’s Best® Texas Ranchero Pinto Beans (smashed)
  • 1/4 Apple, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray wheat bread with cooking spray on one side.
  2. On the non-sprayed side add cheese on one side and smear smashed beans on the other side.
  3. In a hot non-stick pan, toast each side of bread until cheese inside is fully melted.
  4. Serve with sliced apples.
