Sloppy Taco Joes
Meet a sloppy joe that’ll have them cleaning their plates. Ground pork cooks with garlic and onion and then simmers with zesty black beans, tomatoes seasoned with winning condiments, and taco seasoning. Pile it onto a warm toasty bun and watch the magic happen.

INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 lb. Ground Pork, 80/20
- 3 Tbsp Garlic, Fresh, Minced
- 3 cups Yellow Onion, Peeled, 1.4-inch Diced
- 4.5 cups Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, Drained
- 3 cups Crushed Tomatoes, Canned
- 6 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1.5 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbsp Taco Seasoning, Spicy
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1.5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 27 White Hamburger Buns
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 lb. Ground Pork, 80/20
- 3 Tbsp Garlic, Fresh, Minced
- 3 cups Yellow Onion, Peeled, 1.4-inch Diced

DIRECTIONS
- Add vegetable oil to a large rondeau or pot and set over medium heat. Add ground pork, salt, and pepper and continue to cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add garlic and yellow onion. Sweat for 5 minutes or until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant. Salt and pepper as needed.
- Add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, stirring periodically. Simmer for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper as needed.
- For one portion, serve ½ cup sandwiched on a toasted bun.
