Beale Street BBQ Beans
In the land of music and BBQ, these beans bring plenty of mojo to any pit master’s plate with applewood smoked bacon, smoked pork shoulder, zesty Black Beans, Memphis Style BBQ sauce, and crunchy crumbled pork rinds.

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lb. Applewood Smoked Bacon, ½-in Diced
- 1.5 lb. Smoked Pork Shoulder, Shredded , Prepared
- 2.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, Drained
- 3 cups Memphis Style BBQ Sauce, Prepared
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1.5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1.5 cups Pork Rinds, Crumbled
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lb. Applewood Smoked Bacon, ½-in Diced
- 1.5 lb. Smoked Pork Shoulder, Shredded , Prepared
- 2.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, Drained
- 3 cups Memphis Style BBQ Sauce, Prepared
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1.5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1.5 cups Pork Rinds, Crumbled
DIRECTIONS
- Add bacon to a large pot or rondeau and set over medium heat. Render for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients except pork rinds , cover, and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- For one portion, serve 1/2 cup of beans topped with 2 Tbsp crumbled pork rinds.
