Taco Bout It Hummus
Savory taco-style spices blend with zesty Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans and Garbanzo Beans for a creamy dip with plenty of kick. Top with jalapeño pico de gallo and serve with crisp, crunchy dippers like carrots and tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS
Hummus
- 13.5 cups Bush's Best® Taco Fiesta Black Beans, Drained
- 13.5 cups Bush's Best® Garbanzo Beans, Drained, Rinsed
- 4.5 cups Lemon Juice
- 18 cloves Garlic, Fresh
- 1.75 cups Tahini Paste
- 4.5 tsp Kosher Salt
- 6 Tbsp Taco Seasoning, Mild (+as needed for garnish)
- 2.25 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1.25 cups Water
Jalapeño Pico de Gallo
- 4.25 cups Pico de Gallo
- 2.5 Jalapeños, Fresh, Deseeded, Small Dice
Dippers
- 2.25 lb. Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
- 2.25 lb. Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
- 4.5 lb. Baby Carrots

DIRECTIONS
- HUMMUS: Combine all ingredients except olive oil and water in the base a food processor. For larger yield recipe, divide ingredients into batches. Using the high-speed setting, slowly stream in olive oil and water.
- Blend for 1 minute. Stop to scrape the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula. Blend for another minute or until hummus is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer hummus to a plastic container and cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- PICO DE GALLO: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well incorporated. Transfer the pico de gallo to a plastic container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- PRESENTATION: For one platter, spread 1.5 cups of Taco Bout It Hummus onto a shallow dish. Sprinkle with extra taco seasoning. Serve with 2 oz. blue corn tortilla chips, 2 oz. yellow corn tortilla chips, and 4 oz. of fresh carrot sticks.
